I've applied to animation school and am working on my portfolio. This has been the most difficult thing to get done because it requires things I've never really drawn before. I'm always up for a challenge and to try something new, so drawing things like cities and more realistic people is something I'm willing to do, then I tried to do it today. Every thing I drew looked like garbage and even after I gave up on the portfolio for the day and started drawing the things I usually draw, it wasn't looking how I wanted it to. Just looking around online for Ranma Saotome references, and I've noticed that most of the time that both boy Ranma and girl Ranma always share a spot, on things like posters and other promotional things, like their two different characters. It's just weird and confusing for anyone that's not familiar with Ranma 1/2. This all came up from a poster that was made for Shonen Sunday's anniversary. You see a lot of Takahashi's loved characters; Lum, Ataru, Inuyasha, Kagome, Sesshomaru, Akane, Genma, and Ranma.... and Ranma. I get why both versions are there, and it makes the picture have a nice bit of action in it, it just can't help but think "Ho
